If you’re reading this you’re probably more than aware that I’m ebarking on my Whole 30 challenge to raise money and awareness for the mental health charity Mind. I’m going to do my best to post at the end of every day to update about how I’m feeling, what I’ve eaten, any changes I’ve noticed etc so watch this space! I’ve been reading the timeline of what to expect on each day (found here http://whole30.com/2013/08/revised-timeline/) and I have to say I’m now a little apprehensive. I’ve done a loose version of Whole 30 before, but I did cheat at the weekend (read wine and chocolate kind of cheating!). I’m going to do my absolute best to do a ‘true’ Whole 30 to get the full effects, good or bad.
